Ōcrea began with two things that have quietly shaped my life: coffee and creation.

As a barista, coffee has always been more than a drink to me. It’s the rhythm of slow mornings, the warmth of a cup between your hands, the conversations that happen across a counter, and the quiet beauty hidden in everyday rituals.

Working with coffee every day made me fall in love with those small details. The colors of a latte, the atmosphere of a calm café, the feeling of comfort that simple moments can bring.

But Ōcrea didn’t begin only with me.

It began in conversations — long talks with my husband, Rodrigo, about building something meaningful together. We would share ideas, imagine possibilities, and dream about creating something that could turn ordinary moments into something a little more special.

From those conversations, Ōcrea slowly came to life.

What started as a creative idea inspired by coffee culture and slow living became a small world of objects designed to bring warmth into everyday spaces. Each candle is created with intention, inspired by the textures, tones, and feelings that surround the rituals we love most.

For us, Ōcrea is not only about candles.
